The new X-Plane version 9 program is available and
quite different in operation from version 8. For that
reason we have written an all new version 9. The new
manual is available in four different formats, each
with a specific purpose in mind, but all containing
the same text. They are listed and explained here.
X-Plane Operation Manual Version 9 - small. This is the version shipping with the X-Plane program. It is in a 7 1/4” X 9 1/4” 3-ring binder printed on 6 1/4” X 8 1/2” 34 lb. high quality glossy paper. The new version 9 manual has over 35 figures in over 180 pages and it giving a clear picture of the menu operations.
The Manual has every control and menu item covered in detail with chapters on installation, your first flight, how to get the highest frame rate with your hardware and many more.
X-Plane Operation Manual Version 9 - large. All the same content as the small manual, but it is presented in a high quality standard size 8 1/2" X 11" 3 ring binder. The type is a bit larger for those that feel larger type would be of benefit.
